Insure your Gocycle bike with Velosurance

• Two years, capped at 2,000 miles a year

  The warranty is valid for 2 years from the original purchase date, up to a maximum of 2,000 miles (3,200 km) per year. It covers all non-perishable parts and accessories supplied with the Gocycle; tires, tubes, and brake pads are excluded.

• Battery: 600 cycles or three years from manufacture

  The original battery is covered up to 600 charge cycles to a minimum of 80% of capacity, for a maximum of 3 years from the date of manufacture, not the purchase or registration date.

• A second owner gets half of what is left

  A used Gocycle carries 50% of the remaining warranty, and only after a verifiable title transfer in the GocycleConnect App with full service history. Buy one a year after it was first registered and about 6 months remain.

• Register in the app and use approved service

  The warranty requires a password-protected email address registered to the owner in the GocycleConnect App. Repairs by a non-approved service agent or with parts not supplied by Gocycle may void it, flooding or submerging voids it entirely, and labor, delivery, and downtime costs are excluded.

• Defects only: accident damage is excluded

  The warranty does not cover damage or failure due to accident, misuse, or neglect, and every claim must be authorized by Gocycle. Those are the losses a Velosurance policy is built for.
