What is a Trusted Partner?

Trusted Partners is our nationwide network of local bike shops (LBS), available to you, our client, as a resource for bicycle repair or replacement. Partner shops provide estimate and repair quotes and replacement, and some also offer bike rentals. No matter where you need service, there is a Trusted Partner nearby: the map on our Trusted Partners page shows the closest one.
Why use a Trusted Partner for a claim?
A Trusted Partner is more familiar with the insurance claims process, which shortens the back and forth when your claim needs a repair estimate covering parts and labor plus detailed photos of the damage. Can I use my own bike shop instead?
Yes, always. You are free to choose your own repair or replacement shop, and using a shop outside the network has no effect on your coverage: any bike shop you trust can write the estimate and do the work.
