About Bianchi
Bianchi is the oldest bicycle company still in business. Edoardo Bianchi started it in 1885 in a small Milan shop at 7 Via Nirone, and the company helped define the modern bicycle, pioneering equal-sized wheels with pneumatic tires and the front caliper brake. Bianchi still builds from Treviglio, Italy.
The brand’s racing record runs deep. Fausto Coppi and Marco Pantani won Grand Tours on Bianchi, and the celeste color, a pale turquoise also called Bianchi Green, has marked the brand’s bikes for over a century. Bianchi’s Countervail technology, a viscoelastic carbon material developed for aerospace, cancels road vibration and remains a signature of the brand’s endurance frames.
Bianchi’s modern lineup is built around road racing. The Oltre is the aero platform, the Specialissima is the lightweight climber, and the Infinito is the endurance bike. The Sprint and Via Nirone 7 keep the range accessible, while the Impulso and Arcadex extend it onto gravel.
Most popular Bianchi models
Bianchi’s road range covers every kind of racing. The Oltre splits into three tiers: the Oltre RC flagship, the Oltre Pro, and the more accessible Oltre, all built around aerodynamic tube shaping. The Specialissima is the pure lightweight climbing bike, and the Infinito is the endurance platform with Countervail vibration-cancelling carbon.
The Sprint is Bianchi’s entry carbon race bike and the Via Nirone 7 is the alloy road bike named for the brand’s founding address. On looser surfaces, the Impulso is the alloy all-road platform and the Arcadex is the carbon gravel bike. Bianchi frames carry replacement values that climb fast through the Oltre and Specialissima ranges, which is where standalone road bike insurance fills the gap.

Bianchi's flagship aero road bike, the halo of the Oltre platform with the brand's most advanced aerodynamic frame. Builds run up to Shimano Dura-Ace Di2.

The Oltre Pro sits below the RC, with a carbon frame that brings the Oltre aero platform to a more accessible price. A genuine race bike for riders who want the shape without the halo price.

The accessible Oltre, with aero road shaping in builds from Shimano 105 up to Ultegra Di2. The entry point to Bianchi's aero road racing.

Bianchi's pure lightweight climbing bike, with a high-modulus carbon layup optimized for vertical gain. The bike for riders who measure rides in elevation, not speed.

Bianchi's endurance road bike, built around Countervail vibration-cancelling carbon that dissipates road buzz over long distances. Relaxed geometry and clearance for wider tires.

Bianchi's entry carbon road bike, with race geometry and disc brakes at an accessible price. The starting point for riders moving into carbon.

Bianchi's alloy road bike, named for the Milan address where Edoardo Bianchi opened the company in 1885. Builds from Shimano Claris up to 105.

Bianchi's alloy all-road platform, bridging road and gravel with clearance for wider tires and GRX drivetrain options. Available in road and gravel builds.

Bianchi's carbon gravel bike, built for rough-surface speed with GRX and SRAM drivetrains and the geometry for long days off pavement.
