About Ari
Ari is the Utah bike company that sold as Fezzari from 2005 until 2024, when it shortened the name. The business model did not change, and Ari states it in three words: Custom. Quality. Direct. Every bike is fitted to the buyer’s body measurements before it ships, and every bike ships straight from Ari with no dealer in between.
The range is wider than most direct-to-consumer brands attempt. Ari designs carbon road, gravel, XC, trail, enduro, and downhill bikes, an aluminum trail bike, a carbon fat bike, a dirt jumper, and e-bikes built on Bosch, Avinox, Fazua, and Shimano drive systems. The mountain bikes are named for Utah summits and share the Tetra-Link suspension platform.
Ari backs its frames for the original owner’s lifetime, gives a second owner one year, and offers a 30-day return period on new bikes. It runs service centers in Lindon, Utah, and Bentonville, Arkansas.

Off road, the Signal Peak is the XC race bike ($4,199 to $11,499 with RockShox Flight Attendant), the Delano Peak the 150/142 mm trail bike, and the La Sal Peak the 170 mm enduro bike, all in carbon. The aluminum Cascade Peak brings full suspension in at $2,199. Three e-MTBs sit alongside them: the Class 1 Timp Peak with a Bosch CX Gen 5 motor and up to 800 Wh, the Wire Peak 3.0 with an Avinox M2S that switches between Class 1 and Class 3, and the lighter Fazua-powered Nebo Peak. Ari also sells the Superior Peak downhill bike, the Kings Peak carbon fat bike, the Explorer Peak fat-tire e-bike, the Wasatch Peak hardtail, and the 801 dirt jumper.
On pavement and gravel, the Shafer clears 700x58c tires and starts at $2,549, the Veyo is the 860 g race frame, the Suncrest the sub-700 g climber, and the Empire the endurance bike from $1,899. The Bonneville adds a Class 3 Fazua motor to a carbon road frame. A direct-to-consumer bike arrives by courier and often leaves for events in a travel case, and road bike insurance covers loss or damage in transit by car, airline, or courier as well as theft and crashes.

Ari's Warranty: What It Covers and Where It Stops
Ari backs every frame against defects in materials or craftsmanship for the original owner's lifetime. Five terms decide what that is worth to you.
Lifetime on the frame, for the original owner
The warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship on the frame for the original owner's lifetime. Rider weight above 280 lb on a suspension bike, or 300 lb on a bike without suspension, may void it.
A second owner gets one year
If you sell your Ari, the new owner gets a one-year frame warranty from their purchase date. One transfer is allowed, it must be registered with Ari, and it does not include Fezzari-branded frames.
One year on paint, components, and frame hardware
Paint finish, original components, and Ari-brand parts and accessories are warranted for one year from the original purchase date. Bearings, bushings, and other frame hardware count as wearable parts and also get one year.
Labor and shipping are the owner's cost
The owner is responsible for all labor charges, and shipping, expedited shipping, duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility. If a frame is no longer in stock or production, Ari provides a credit toward the needed frame part at its own discretion.
Defects only: crash and collision damage are excluded
Failures that result from collision, crash, abuse, neglect, or alteration are excluded. After a crash Ari may offer discounted crash replacement parts, at its discretion. Those are the losses a Velosurance policy is built for.

Frames purchased before August 28, 2017 carry a five-year warranty, and a frameset bought separately is covered only when Ari staff assemble it with components from an approved Ari stock build.
