How can I make a change to my policy?

Most changes are self-service. Log in to your Client portal and you can administer the policy yourself, anytime, without a phone call. From there you can:

  • Update your payment method and billing details.
  • Change your bike's insured value after an upgrade or new accessory.
  • Add another bike or replace a bike you have sold.
  • Add worldwide coverage before a trip abroad.
  • Cancel the policy.

Our team reviews each change request, so an adjustment that affects your premium, such as raising your insured value or adding a coverage, is calculated and prorated from the date it takes effect. You will see the updated amount before anything is finalized.

How do I update my payment method?

Open the Client portal and go to Billing. For security we do not store your full card number, so re-enter it in full when you update. If a payment was missed, the policy is endorsed back to its original schedule and the missed amount is caught up, keeping your coverage continuous. How do I change my bike's insured value?

You can adjust the insured value anytime in the "My Bikes" section of the Client portal. Insure for what you have actually spent, the purchase price plus accessories and component upgrades, so a total loss reimburses you up to that amount. See how to value your bike for the details.
