Vehicle Contact Protection

Last updated

Vehicle Contact Protection (VPC) is an optional coverage that protects the insured bicycle rider from medical and other related expenses incurred from a physical contact with a hit-and-run, an uninsured or underinsured motorist. It is very similar to what on automobile insurance is known as Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UIM) coverage and will pay for medical and related expenses incurred as a result of a car-bicycle accident. This optional coverage can be added to a Velosurance bicycle insurance policy with a 10,000 or 25,000 limit.
